Twelve acres of downland, a Regency house and an English garden — the setting for a programme of contemporary sculpture and painting that changes through the seasons.
Established in Sloane Street, London in 1958, and at Roche Court, East Winterslow since 1994, the New Art Centre shows the work of Britain's most significant modern and contemporary artists — where pieces are placed not behind glass, but among trees, walls and weather. A gallery without a roof, and a quiet one with.

The Sculpture Park
Across the downland and within the walled garden, large-scale works by Caro, Hepworth, Long, Flanagan and Woodrow stand in dialogue with the landscape that frames them. The collection turns with the light, the seasons and the programme — there is always something new to find.
